What materials are PIMOSFER pieces made from?
Most PIMOSFER pieces are crafted with a copper-based metal and finished with gold-tone or silver-tone plating. Selected designs may include cubic zirconia, glass stones, simulated pearls or decorative beads.

Is PIMOSFER jewelry waterproof?
PIMOSFER jewelry is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. Our pieces feature a protective finish that helps improve resistance to occasional moisture, but plated jewelry is not designed for prolonged water exposure.
To preserve the finish, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising.
Will PIMOSFER jewelry tarnish or fade?
All plated jewelry may gradually change with time depending on wear, skin chemistry, moisture, friction and exposure to beauty products.
PIMOSFER pieces include a protective finish to help preserve their color and shine. Following our care instructions will help extend the life of the plating.
Is PIMOSFER jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?
Skin sensitivity varies from person to person. Material details are listed on each product page so you can choose the piece most suitable for you.
If you have a known metal allergy or highly sensitive skin, we recommend reviewing the product materials carefully and consulting a medical professional before wear.
Our current designs are made without intentionally added nickel.

How should I clean my PIMOSFER jewelry?
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth after each wear.
Do not soak plated jewelry or use abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, alcohol, polishing dips or hard brushes. Pearls and delicate stones should be handled especially carefully.
Sizing & How to Wear
How do I choose the right ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring that already fits the intended finger and compare it with our Size Guide.
Finger size can change slightly with temperature and time of day, so we recommend measuring when your hands are at a comfortable, normal temperature. For wider bands, you may prefer a slightly larger size.
Do PIMOSFER ear cuffs require piercings?
Most PIMOSFER ear cuffs are designed to be worn without a piercing. Slide the cuff over the thinnest part of the upper ear, move it into your preferred position and gently press for a secure fit.

Returns & Exchanges
What is PIMOSFER’s return and exchange policy?
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry may only be returned where permitted by applicable law and if the hygiene seal remains intact. Final-sale and personalized items are not eligible for return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Our customer care team will review the request and provide the next steps.

How long will my PIMOSFER order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times and available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
